The
principal of Loven Real Estate, Rosemary Loven has more than 34 years
of experience working with institutional and individual owners, syndicators,
developers and tenants in buying, selling, leasing and managing commercial
properties. She has hands-on and asset management experience managing
all types of commercial property, including retail shopping centers, low
and high-rise office buildings and industrial buildings throughout Northern
Nevada, the Eastern Sierra and Los Angeles. As broker for the Bishop branch
of Loven Real Estate, she also oversees residential and land sales in
the Eastern Sierra, as well as management and leasing of Bishop Plaza,
an ± 83,000 square foot shopping center, where the Bishop, California
office is located. Her reputation for fair dealing inspires confidence
in those with whom she works. Both her Bishop and Sparks offices are fully
equipped with all of the tools necessary to effectively communicate with
owners, tenants and vendors, and she is experienced with numerous property
management and other real estate programs.
A licensed real estate broker in both California and Nevada, she is a
Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and a member of the Institute of
Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as Certified Shopping Center Manager
(CSM) and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She
was President of IREM’s Greater Los Angeles Chapter in 1993. She
serves on the Board of Directors of Women in Commercial Real Estate (CREW
of Northern Nevada), is a member of Certified Commercial Investment Manager
(CCIM) of Reno, NV. As a Realtor, she is a member of the National Association
of Realtors, the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors and the Mammoth Lakes
Board of Realtors, as well as of the Bishop, Mammoth Lakes and Northern
Nevada Regional Multiple Listing Services. She is also a member of the
Rotary Club of Sparks Centennial Sunrise.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at
Los Angeles (UCLA) as well as the Masters Program of the California State
University, Northridge (CSUN).

Bill Draves
Bill Draves has been a licensed real estate agent since 2000 and joined Loven Real Estate in 2005. He graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Biology and BA, belonged to Tau Delpha Phi (Men’s Honorary Scholastic Fraternity) and is a US Army Veteran. He was once a “World Champion Mule Shoer,” and is a licensed airplane pilot. With more than 30 years business experience, when he lived in Santa Cruz, he owned the Big Basin Stable, which was the only riding stable in Big Basin, California’s oldest State Park. He owned the Virginia Lakes Pack Station in the early 1980s, and has owned the Rainbow and Bishop Pack Outfitters, Sierra Horseshoeing School and Sierra Saddlery School here in the Eastern Sierra. He also owned Carpet Design along with Merton Pond, another real estate agent. He is married and has grown children. Tracy
Holt has listed and sold Bishop real estate for seven years. Her
specialty is promotion, customer service and attention to detail. Tracy
grew up in Orange County, California, relocated to Bishop from San Diego
in 2000 and began her real estate career with Century 21-Hometown
Properties in 2001. She worked for Prestige Properties of Mammoth Lakes
for 15 months and joined Loven Real Estate in 2008. Her enthusiasm is
